Don’t text and drive. That was the message from a Montgomery County, Alabama jury on February 2, 2016.
The jury returned a verdict of $1,272,000 after nine days of deliberations before Judge Gregory Griffin in the case of Michael Dueyv. McKelvey Mechanical, Inc. and Gregory Derrick Moore.
Mr. Duey was represented by Myron Penn and Shane Seaborn of Penn & Seaborn and Mark Andrews of Morris, Cary, Andrews, Talmadge and Driggers.
