Myron Penn, a Cumberland School of Law graduate, served two terms as an Alabama State Senator representing Barbour, Bullock, Henry, Lee, Macon, & Russell County. During his tenure he was elected to numerous Committees and oversaw legislation designed to help his community. The experience and expertise Myron gained by working in both the legal and political fields helped pave the way for his leadership and effectiveness inside and outside the courtroom.
Shane Seaborn, a Jones School of Law graduate, has established himself as a skilled and proficient trial attorney having been part of numerous cases that have resulted in substantial verdicts and settlements. Over the course of Penn & Seaborn’s fifteen years, his knowledge and skill have contributed greatly to the firm’s reputation of obtaining substantial verdicts and settlements.
In 2002, Myron and Shane started with a simple mission: to provide quality legal service while also maintaining their humble, small town roots. They wanted their firm to not only work hard and achieve great results for clients but to also connect with them on a personal level. The firm strives on a daily basis to communicate with clients from the beginning of their case to the end. This approach has allowed Penn & Seaborn to establish strong, long lasting friendships in not only our surrounding communities but throughout the nation.
