Penn & Seaborn settled a car accident case that occurred in Eufaula. Our client’s wife was stationary at a red light near downtown Eufaula when she was rear ended by another driver.
The minor child was belted in the back seat at the time of the collision, but suffered injuries and was ultimately taken to Birmingham by Life Flight. Recently, the case was settled and a very good result was obtained for the clients.
