Dothan teen killed in tragic accident on Highway 431 in Eufaula

Alabama State Troopers say a Dothan teen was killed early Sunday morning when she drove off U.S. Highway 431 four miles south of Eufaula, hit a tree, and her car overturned. Troopers say 19-year-old Danya Griffler-Brink died in the crash at 1:30 a.m. Sunday, June 25th. Troopers say Griffler-Brink, was not using a seatbelt and was partially ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. Alabama

Penn & Seaborn file lawsuit against Tiger Industries

Penn & Seaborn has recently filed a product liability lawsuit on behalf of our clients in which the plaintiff was severely injured in an accident involving a Tigercat log skidder. The complaint was filed in the Circuit Court of Barbour County, Alabama (Clayton Division) (CV-2013-900043) against Tigercat Industries Corporation. The complaint charges Tigercat with designing, manufacturing and distributing a defective product that was sold in an
