Attorney Charles Hudson
Charles Hudson genuinely cares about the people he represents. His down-to-earth personality makes him easy to talk to and offers clients the compassion and understanding they need during difficult times.
In 2009, Charles graduated from Troy University with a degree in history and a minor in business. After completing his undergraduate studies, he went on to earn his law degree from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. During law school, he worked at the Montgomery law firm of Beasley Allen. His role at the Beasley Allen law firm included assisting with cases involving predatory lending, insurance bad faith, and fair labor standards act litigation. After completing law school in 2012, we were fortunate enough to have Charles join the Penn and Seaborn family.
Charles describes insurance bad faith as, “Customers place their trust in insurance companies to keep their promise to help them through difficult and stressful times. When insurance companies break their promise to stand by their customers, it is especially egregious and they must be held accountable for their bad faith.”
Some of the work that he is most proud of, is representing injured children and their parents. “Since joining Penn and Seaborn, I have represented children who were victims of dog attacks, motor vehicle collisions, and other negligent behavior. I believe our firm’s best moments are when we are able to reassure and comfort parents and seek justice for their children’s injuries.”
Charles is a member of the Alabama and Georgia State Bar, the America Association for Justice, the Alabama Association for Justice, and the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He and his wife Georgia Ann are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Montgomery, Alabama.
