Alabama State Troopers say a Dothan teen was killed early Sunday morning when she drove off U.S. Highway 431 four miles south of Eufaula, hit a tree, and her car overturned. Troopers say 19-year-old Danya Griffler-Brink died in the crash at 1:30 a.m. Sunday, June 25th. Three siblings - ages 9, 15, and 17, were killed in a crash Monday morning in western Jefferson County. The crash happened about 8 a.m. on Alabama 269 at Short Creek Road. The two-vehicle wreck involved a car and an 18-wheeler. Jefferson County sheriff's Chief Deputy Randy Christian said there were four siblings in the car. The 9-year-old boy was pronounced dead on the scene.
