We have a proven track record of successfully representing clients in a wide range of complex cases, including auto accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, defective drugs, personal injury and product liability.

When you have been involved in an accident, it is important to act quickly. At Penn & Seaborn, we take action right away. As soon as you become our client, we start investigating your case.

About Our Firm

At Penn and Seaborn, we realize the full impact a personal injury can have on you and your family. A physical injury, whether mild or traumatic, is not the only kind of pain you experience. Time off work, damaged property, emotional suffering and diminished enjoyment of life are all real consequences of serious personal injury accidents.

We represent clients throughout Alabama who have been injured through the fault of others, and families who have lost a loved one as a result of someone else’s carelessness. When your life is impacted by an accident, your job is to get healthy. Our’s is to help you pick up the pieces so you can focus on healing, and leave the rest to us.

Dealing with injuries after an accident is an overwhelming experience. Insurance companies are often uncooperative, the paperwork you are required to complete is confusing and the medical bills can accumulate quickly. We assist our clients in every aspect of their claim. This allows our clients to concentrate on getting well and moving on with their lives.

The Law Offices of Penn & Seaborn are Here to Help

Our personal injury attorneys have the experience necessary to fight for you against insurance companies and to maximize your compensation. We understand every case is unique and requires personal attention. We pursue every claim aggressively. We are relentless advocates for our clients while maintaining our professional integrity.

They were extremely helpful with the whole process…

After contacting Penn & Seaborn they were extremely helpful with the whole process, and took every bit of anxiety away. An attorney contacted us directly and set up a meeting time to come to our home and meet our son personally and also speak with us. He was very professional and thorough. They took what we feared as being an enormous headache and made it surprisingly stress free.

They believed in me….

The insurance company’s initial offer was minimal, but through my attorney’s expertise, I was awarded a much larger settlement. I am very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to use their services again if the need arises.
